WASEL Cranes Assist with Gravel Washer Upgrade – Gallery

To optimize the supply of raw gravel, in preparation for an increase in the performance of the sand and gravel processing, a new belt system was installed in Garzweiler, 40km from WASEL’s Düsseldorf base.

The conveyor system was pre-assembled on the ground and then lifted onto the prepared foundations. WASEL supplied a 400t and a 230t mobile crane were involved in the tandem lift. A 60t auxiliary crane, also from WASEL, was used to help with assembly and to support the lift.
