Uddevalla Specialtransporter Adds a Faymonville 3+7 CombiMAX to their Fleet

As HeavyLiftNews reported in June last year, Uddevalla Specialtransporter’s WingMAX flatbed from Faymonville was already in action transporting the longest blades in Sweden.

Now this company from the town of Uddevalla, 70kms North of Gotenburg, has added a new Faymonville 3+7 CombiMAX rig which gives them the perfect tool to transport tower segments to the wind farm construction sites.

The combination is extendable allowing a maximum flexibility for different lengths of tower segments.

The PA-X technology includes the low pendle-axle by Faymonville – enables Uddevalla Specialtransporter to get a very low driving height as well as the advantages of a 600 mm stroke and a 60° steering angle.

This CombiMAX give Uddevalla Specialtransporter the ideal combination for meeting the all the challenges found when delivering to the wind energy sector in Sweden.
