Last week at bauma 2019 in Munich Günther Oettinger, the EU commissioner for Budget and Human Resources, congratulated Susanne Rettenmaier, the Owner of the TII Group and Dr Gerald Karch, CEO of the Heavy Transport Specialist on the anniversary of Scheuerle, established in Pfedelbach for 150 years and the establishment of Kamag in Ulm for 5o years.
Scheuerle Fahrzeugfabrik in Pfedelbach was the first place to successfully integrate the hydraulically suspended axle installed one after the other over the length of several axle lines and also the birthplace of the SPMT (self-propelled modular transporter).
KAMAG Transporttechnik in Ulm is now a centre of competence focussing on industrial lift transporters, steel plant facility vehicles, modular self-propelled transporters and vehicles for terminal logistics.
The two companies are part of the Tii Group along with Nicolas and TII India under the TIIGER brand name
