Third Orca Class Vessel, Patrica, Launched at Wuhu Shipyard for SAL Heavy Lift

A third milestone for SAL Heavy Lift vessel was reached recently when the Patricia, the third vessel in their Orca Class being built at the Wuhu Shipyard in China, was launched recently.

The first vessel, the Elise, was launched in July and the second vessel, the Frida, was launched in October.

Their Orca Class vessels are designed to reach the highest level of heavy lift vessel innopvation being equipped with state-of-the-art hybrid propulsion systems and fully electric cranes, underscoring thier move towards completely climate-neutral maritime operations.
