The Men from Marr’s Join Sizewell C Consortium

Marr Contracting International (The Men From Marr’s) have joined the Sizewell C Consortium – a group of more than 100 leading companies with operations in the UK supporting the proposed Sizewell C nuclear power station in Suffolk.
Developed by EDF Energy, the project will support the expansion of the UK’s nuclear energy sector and is anticipated to provide seven per cent of the country’s low carbon power for the next 60 years. Sizewell C will also help support the UK’s post-COVID economic recovery with the creation of 25,000 jobs and benefits to 2,500 businesses across the country.
Marr have joined the Consortium after working with EDF and Balfour Beatty on construction of the UK’s landmark nuclear power station, Hinkley Point C.
