Straightpoint and Dutest Set in Place Distribution Agreement for SP Load Cells in UAE
Straightpoint announces that Dutest, a supplier of lifting equipment and third-party inspection company in the United Arab Emirates with facilities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, has become the distributer of all their range of load cells in the UAE.
Dutest has a supply agreement with the Crosby Group who recently took over ownership of Straightpoint (SP). The Crosby Group is the world’s largest rigging, lifting and material hardware company.
David Ayling, global business development director for load monitoring solutions at SP, said: “One of the appeals of Crosby ownership was enhanced market penetration and the Dutest agreement serves as a timely example of that improved ingress. Ayling and the business development manager at SP, David Mullard, have already delivered product training to Dutest representatives, covering the whole range. The Radiolink plus is SP’s best-selling product, designed to be rigged with Crosby standard shackles.
