Transportation expert Seatech Shipping has completed delivery of India’s longest wind turbine blade from India, to the Netherlands.
The over-dimensional component measured 64 meters long and was collected from the manufacturer’s plant in Mangalore and transported aboard the cargo vessel Pola Pacific to the port of Antwerp. Upon arrival it was discharged at Jongert Jetty using shore cranes and transported to WMC Wieringswerf Testing Centre.
Seatech and Steder Group are members of the WCA network, which connects freight forwarders and project cargo companies in 188 countries.
