Seajacks Scylla Arrives in Taiwan for Changhua OWF Contract

Seajacks Scylla has arrived in Port of Taichung to prepare for the Ørsted contract transporting and installing Siemens Gamesa 8MW wind turbine generators on the 900 MW Changhua 1 and 2a offshore wind farms  situated 35kms off Changua County on the west coast of Taiwan.

The project is due to be completed before the end of this year, after which the Seajacks Scylla is due to return to Europe and start working for Van Oord as reported in heavyliftnews.com on 28 December last year.
