Schares Move 250t Load on 6 New Axel Lines of Cometto SPMT

German heavy lift crane and transport company Schares is a new player in the handling of transport challenges with self-propelled technology. Cometto is their reliable partner for the supply of this versatile heavy transport equipment.

One of the new 6-axle self-propelled modular transporters has now been used to move a 250-ton generator.

The compact SPMT vehicle is part of an important order that was concluded between Cometto and Schares. In total, their fleet of self-propelled modular vehicles is now composed of four 6-axle modules type MSPE 6/4, two 129kW Power Packs Units and different accessories.

The complete volume of 24 axle lines offers a technical payload capacity of 1,020 tons! Besides this impressive figure, the self-propelled trailers excel thanks to their versatility in configuration and their maneuverability.

The self-propelled horizontal transport technology enables Schares to offer their customers real added value and a complete scope of action from a single source.
