Ravestein’s New Skylift 3 Passes 400t Load Test

Last week the new Ravestein 400t floating crane passed its load test observed by Lloyd’s Register at Ravestein’s yard where it was built in Deest, The Netherlands.

The crane was tested to a load of 440t which is 10% above its eventual rated lift weight.

The new floating crane, which can rotate 360 degrees, will now be prepared for its first job in January.
