NPSE Assist on Renovation of Jetty 1 at Maasvlakte Olie Terminal N.V,

Last week NPSE, Nautical Project Support & Engineering, assisted Maasvlakte Olie Terminal N.V. with the renovation of jetty 2.

After nearly two years of preparation finally the moment was there to execute all the plans.

Four old marine loading arms were removed by means of Hapo’s crane barge Missing Link.

Shortly after that the new pre-assembled skid including four new loading arms was installed with the Matador 3 from Bonn & Mees.

All this work was completed within a five-day timeframe to minimize the downtime of the jetty.

NPSE assisted Maasvlakte Olie Terminal N.V. during the preparation and execution of the project with engineering and lifting plans as well as site assistance (maritime – lifting supervision) during the execution.
