New Liebherr Crane and MAN Truck Delivered to Wagenborg Nedlift

Last Friday the key of the new LTM 1150-5.3 was delivered handed over to Wagenborg Nedlift’s Pieter Nienhuis by Patrick de Jong  of Liebherr.

This latest type of 150t mobile crane from Liebherr is a very strong and versatile machine that can compete with machines from the 160t – 180t class. Moreover, this newcomer excels in safety and durability. The LTM 1150-5.3 is equipped with VarioBase®: variable outriggers that enable safe lifting at any set-up location.

With the help of the ECOmode and ECOdrive, both noise nuisance and fuel consumption are greatly reduced. In combination with the HVO 100 fuel, Wagenborg limits exhaust emissions. This contributes to Wagenborg Nedlift ‘s objective of reducing CO2 emissions.

This was one of the two new pieces of equipment that has been added to the Wagenborg Nedlift fleet recently, the second was their first MAN TGX 6×4 BL which was delivered in Hengelo.

The new MAN is the first of the 5 heavyweights that were ordered in February to be delivered to Wagenborg Nedlift in Hengelo. This latest model of MAN TGX 26.580 6×4 BL D38 will serve as a ballast truck for the 700-tonne Liebherr mobile telescopic crane.

Driver Kjel Lentfert is very happy with the new addition: “It has a lot of power and technical gadgets. With the Euro 6 engine I can also contribute to a more sustainable world.

This heavy transport tractor is equipped with a 15.2 liter D38 engine with a power of 427 kW and a torque of 2900 Nm. This makes the truck extremely suitable for challenging transports, heavy loads and long distances.
