

New Business Leader for Tadano / Demag in UK and Ireland
Tadano has announced the appointment of Alexander (Alec) Bell as the new Business Leader for Tadano and Demag operations in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
In this newly created position that combines both business segments under a single leader, Alec is charged with managing the integration efforts for the U.K. and Ireland markets, exploit synergies between Tadano and Demag and leveraging market opportunities offered by an expanded product offering from a single source.
“Bringing together the Tadano Faun and Tadano Demag businesses under one single business leader is in line with our strategy to become One Tadano family and supports our goals of revitalizing, integrating, synergizing and expanding the Tadano business for our customers,” says Klaus Kröppel, VP Sales. “These markets are critical to Tadano’s success, and we have dedicated team members passionate about delivering success for our customers. We are happy to have Alec lead this team.”
Alec brings an extensive, 20-year career in international sales to Tadano. He has held regional management positions in China, Asia and the Middle East for Volvo Bus & Trucks. He has also held several general manager positions in Ireland, Saudi Arabia and Thailand. Bell holds a mechanical engineering degree and postgraduate degree in business administration.
