MV31 and Blue Water

In April this year MOPS (MODEC Offshore Production Systems (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.), awarded Blue Water a logistic services frame contract. Under the frame contract with MOPS, Blue Water now supply freight forwarding and logistics services to Blue Water for the FPSO Guanabara MV31 Project (MV31).
The services range from local parcels to intercontinental heavy lift project transports.
MV31 is the 14th FPSO/FSO unit that MODEC will deliver in Brazil, and it will be deployed in the Mero oil field in the pre-salt region of the Santos Basin. MOPS is responsible for the engineering, procurement, construction & installation of the FPSO unit – broadly comprised of the topsides processing equipment & systems and the hull & marine equipment & systems.
