MAXIKraft’s MaxiMum Teams Providing a Coordinated Installation Solution for REMONDIS

If necessary, MAXIKraft will go through the eye of the needle for their clients. This was the case recently at their customer REMONDIS Mitteldeutschland GmbH, for example. The nationally known waste disposal company in Germany has set up a new waste sorting plant in an old sorting hall in Weißenfels. Colleagues from MaxiMum teams in Böhlen, Leuna and Nordhausen were able to help set up the large filling hopper on the conveyor belt.

This 14-ton order had it all: low ceilings, a narrow and low driveway, little space for maneuvering and lifting in the hall. Their agile Liebherr LTC 1050 was selected as the ideal crane for the job.

First, the steel filling hopper for the system was lifted from the delivery truck in the yard using the truck’s loading crane and placed it in front of the sorting hall doors.

Then the hopper was lifted onto a trailer by MaxiMum’s LTC 1050 and maneuvered into the hall after the LTV1050. Finally, their Liebherr crane lifted the attachment onto the filling hopper frame with millimetre precision.

This small masterpiece project was only possible thanks to the precise interaction of the colleagues with the installation engineers – and it worked out perfectly. The new waste sorting facility is ready!
