Log Cabin Relocated by Schares in One Day

It is not only Australians or North Americans that move their houses .

Last week, Autokrane Schares moved a log cabin on a company site for their customer.

Their Liebherr LTM1230 and a truck with a semi were deployed to move the house.

In order to move the house, a rigging plan first had to be made, as the house had to be attached at eight points to avoid distortion.

All slings, spreaders, square crossbeams and compensating triangles have been specially configured for this lift, all from Schares own collection.

They loaded the log cabin, transported to its new location and successfully placed it on the new foundation all in one day.
