Largest Fender from RG Seasight for Mainprize’s MO3

The Mainprize multipurpose offshore windfarm support vessel, MO3, has a new fender thanks to the research, development, knowledge, experience, and support of the RG Seasight team in Lemvig, Denmark.

This new unique fender is the largest, in volume, ever produced by the factory, gives the MO3 an increased transfer height, increased safety margins, and lower fuel consumption. The RG Seasight team worked to the exacting, and often challenging, requirements from Mainprize, based in Scarborough UK.

The fender was ordered for the vessel’s new contract based in Oostende with Otary Offshore Energy working on the Rental OWF and the SeaMade OWF.

The MO3 fender is the biggest fender by volume in production at the RG Seasite factory.

MO3 arrived safely in Oostende, with her fully stocked 10ft container and spare fender comfortably carried on her large deck.

The MO3 has cargo deck space for seven 20’ containers.
