Hüffermann Acquires Eisele AG Crane & Engineering Group

Hüffermann Crane and Heavy Transport Company has taken over the Eisele AG Crane & Engineering Group in the Maintal / Rhein-Main area.

Just like Hüffermann, Eisele AG, founded in 1988, has its roots in the towing and crane service sector. The core business today is crane rental, transport and assembly/project business and engineering. The fleet of vehicles from different manufacturers ranges from truck-mounted cranes (lifting capacity from 30 to 500 tons) to working platforms with a working height of 103 meters.

The long-established company Eisele AG, with its extensive range of services, offers a professional and stable basis that customers across Europe can rely on. Around 60 trained and experienced employees and a specialized fleet stand for quality. Eisele AG is known for project engineering in Frankfurt and beyond.

“At the core of the merger was the bundling of the respective strengths and the corresponding use of synergies with a focus on mutual support for complex projects. In addition, the focus is on the development of individual service concepts, while maintaining contact on the same wavelength on a personal level,” says  Claus Eisele

With the takeover of Eisele AG, the Hüffermann Group, together with the subsidiary Autodienstwest Ganske GmbH, the new formation is positioning itself as a full-service provider in the service area of ​​crane and heavy-duty logistics as well as heavy-duty engineering and is strengthening the service portfolio for projects.
