Holleman Transport Transformer from EU to Ukraine – Video

Holleman has had the privilege of taking over a special oversized shipment.

The  Romanian Heavy transport company received the task of transporting an electric power transformer, donated by the European Union to Ukraine.

The electric transformer dimensions were:

• length      12.26 meters,
• width        3.7 meters,
• height       4.85 meters
• and an impressive weight of 197.2 tons.

The overall dimensions of the transport were:

• Length       48 meters
• Width        3.7 meters
• Height       5.9 meters with the possibility of lowering to 5.8 meters
• Total weight    303.6 tons.

The electric transformer was transported on a modular trailer, consisting of 24 axles with 8 wheels on each axel.
