Heerema Removes 3 North Sea Jacket and Topside Sets in Single Mobilization

In the North Sea, during a single mobilization, Heerema Marine Contractors recently successfully removed three topsides and three jackets with Thialf!

The decommissioning contract covered Spirit Energy’s Audrey A, Audrey B and Ensign platforms in the southern North Sea.

Now that the structures have been safely removed, they will be recycled by Thompsons of Prudhoe in the Port of Blyth.

Later this year, as part of the decommissioning campaign DeepOcean is set to recover subsea infrastructure from six assets.
