Hareket Lifting and Transporting Sections for Largest Overhead Crane in Turkey

Hareket carried out the discharge and transportation of the highest capacity overhead crane in Turkey.

The overhead crane was being installed at the 1st Reactor of Mersin Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant.

The lifts consisted of

• 2 pieces of 145t
• 2 pieces of 45t

Each of the pieces, with a length of 58m, were taken from barges and transferred to the vehicles.

For this project Hareket used :

• 18 axle SPMT
• 2 x 12 axle SPMT
• 600t crawler crane
