Groupe Chakour’s 1,600km Transport of 180t Tank on Faymonville ModulMAX G-SL

Major Algerian logistics contractor Groupe Chakour recently completed a 1,600km transport of a 18.5m tank weighing 150t.

The transport started in the Algerian Port of Arzew and ended in the South Eastern part of the country deep in the Sahara Desert.

Chakour opted for a Faymonville modular trailer combination of 10 ModulMAX G-SL modular axle lines, which are robust and flexible enough for this kind of challenge in a special context.
