Galfar Al Misnad Engineering and Contracting Takes Delivery of 7 Tadano GT-600EL Truck Cranes in Qatar

Tadano has announced the delivery of seven Tadano truck cranes to Galfar Al Misnad Engineering and Contracting WLL in Qatar through Tadano exclusive distributor, M/s Qatar Tractor & Equipment Co. WLL. This significant procurement includes one Tadano GT-300EL (30t lifting capacity), five Tadano GT-600EL (60t lifting capacity), and one Tadano GT-750EL (75t lifting capacity) truck cranes.

Galfar Al Misnad is a prominent conglomerate in the construction industry renowned for its execution of mega projects spanning railways, stadiums, energy centres, infrastructure projects, and massive oil and gas ventures. They made the strategic decision to acquire this comprehensive crane package to support their ongoing and future endeavours.

Mr. Satish G. Pillai, Executive Director at Galfar Al Misnad, highlighted the rationale behind selecting Tadano for their lifting needs, stating: “Galfar was awarded three prestigious projects from Qatar Energy.  To efficiently execute these projects for them, we opted for a Tadano crane package comprising a total of seven truck cranes.”

These state-of-the-art cranes are poised to significantly improve Galfar Al Misnad’s business operations. Mr. Pillai elaborated: “With these brand-new cranes, apart from our ongoing projects, we anticipate deploying them for future endeavours, thereby bolstering our capabilities and reinforcing our commitment to excellence in project delivery.”
