FLS Projects delivers cargo from Vietnam to Sweden

FLS Projects, a heavy transport firm, completed a cargo delivery of damper and diverter units with auxiliary equipment from Vietnam to Sweden.

FLS Projects Vietnam completed the loading of 36 pkgs including eight 40’IT containers with break bulk and general cargo. The main cargo consists of BB Damper and Diverter Units which FLS picked up at the fabricator and then transported alongside a barge at Vietso Port. To avoid traffic difficulties the trucking at to be done during night time. The barge then sailed to Thi Vai General Port where the cargo has been loaded onto the berthed vessel. The cargo was loaded simultaneously both from sea side with the barge and from shore side via trucking alongside the vessel.

FLS responsibilities included supervision, trucking and stevedores to ensure safe and professional lashing of the cargo with wooden dunnage and chocking as well as securing the cargo with chains and ratchet belts.

The cargo is now on its way from Vietnam to Sweden.
