Felbermayr Transport 230t Storage Tank with Height Restrictions

At the end of October, Felbermayr carried out an impressive heavy lift transport which caused a sensation in the vicinity of Hannover.

A biogas storage tank was transported from Laatzen, near Hanover, to the E.ON Bioerdgas Gmbh plant 70km away at Einbeck

Felbermayr deployed a ballasted 4-axle pulling tractor unit, a 14-axle girder bridge trailer and a 4-axle pushing tractor unit.

Driving on the highway was not possible because of restrictions for the weight of 230t and the height of 5m.
