Faymonville Delivers Two 8-axle Lowbeds to the Al Faris Group
A long journey lies ahead for the two Faymonville 8-axle MultiMAX lowbeds ordered by the Al Faris Group.
The vehicles departed from the Faymonville site in Lentzweiler, Luxemburg bound for the Port of Antwerp. From there they are being shipped to Jebel Ali seaport near Dubai. Their final destination is the Faymonville customer Al Faris Group, one of the major players in heavy lifting & transport in the Middle East.
Founded in 1992, the family-owned company became the specialist in these fields of activities, with the largest fleet of cranes and heavy equipment in the region today. The new MultiMAX semi-trailers with a basic width of 2,990 mm will add further versatility and capacity to Al Faris’ vehicle fleet.
The hydraulic gooseneck, suspension & steering allow these units to deal with difficult terrain, narrow job sites winding road sections. The loading platform can be extended from its basic length of 14m up to a remarkable 33,5 m.
Three more trailers of the same type will be delivered later this year to the Al Faris Group.
