We are pleased to welcome Esprit Logistics Co Ltd as new members in South Korea. The company have offices in Ulsan and Seoul and are looking forward to expanding their worldwide partners through Cargo Connections.

Kenneth Kim (Director) states; “Since our establishment in January 2001, Esprit Logistics has been providing transportation services in areas such as freight forwarding by sea and air, inland transportation, heavy lift cargo, project shipments, chartering, agency and warehousing.

As a complete freight forwarder providing total logistics solutions and based on our abundant service experience, we always give our best to provide professional services to meet specific needs and cost reductions.”

Esprit Logistics are currently meeting a transportation contract for around 160,000tns of shipments such as main engines, materials for shipbuilding and steel plates for the Hyundai Vinashin Shipyard (HVS) as pictured above.

The main engines and materials for shipbuilding were shipped from South Korea with the steel plates shipped from Japan under Esprit Logistics’ service.

The main engines, depending on each module, had lengths of between 8-12m, widths of 5-8m and weights of 130-225tns. After the main engines and propellers were loaded on a vessel from Ulsan, they were moved to Busan Port to be loaded with other smaller shipbuilding materials and departed for the HVS.

Esprit Logistics are carrying out the sensitive project perfectly and are dispatching 2-3 vessels every month with around 6,000-7,000tns loaded from South Korea and 3,000-4,000tns loaded from Japan to meet the contacted amount.
