Enhancing Safety and Operational Reliability with LIFT-TEX®
Have you ever wondered how a sling’s length is determined?
It all comes down to the Effective Working Length (EWL). This measurement dictates the length of a round sling when it’s laid flat and pulled tense by hand tension. We verify this each time, ensuring the EWL remains within 2% of the nominal length for polyester slings.

Moreover, our process aligns with the Effective Working Length (EWL). Each round sling’s EWL is carefully produced to match the average EWL of the group, maintaining uniformity and reliability across our lifting equipment inventory. With an inter-sling tolerance of +0.5% or -0.5%, we ensure that every sling set is produced to conform to the standards.
This attention to detail isn’t just about measurements; it’s about enhancing safety and operational reliability. By staying informed and sticking to these standards, we ensure that every lift is executed with precision and peace of mind.
