Cometto Launch New MTH45 Series Straddle Carrier with Payloads up to 45t – Video

MTH carriers allow to move long, heavy loads in a narrow path by hauling the load under the cabin and between the wheels. The new series allows a payloads up to 45t. A production site in the steel industry often offers only limited space conditions. The MTH has a compact structure for best manoeuvrability and versatile use. An impressive feature of this special vehicle is the gantry structure that allows to load the freight underneath.

The driving process as well as the loading/unloading procedure can be performed at a decent pace. The MTH is therefore a perfect tool to speed up the production cycle. A versatile use can be granted within MTH vehicles as there are different lifting principles and hook systems available for various pallets, bars or coils. The positioning of the cabin allows an optimal control and visibility by the operator both during the loading/unloading process as well as the driving process.
