Collett Team Shortlisted for Logistics UK Road Freight Operator of the Year 2020

The shortlist for Logistics UK’s 4th annual glittering awards has been announced and with full multimodal representation it really is set to be the event of the year.  After returning home victorious last year, the Collett Team have once again been shortlisted for the 2020 Road Freight Operator of the Year!

“Without the expertise, knowledge and dedication of our shortlist, British industry and commerce would find it impossible to keep the wheels of business moving,” says David Wells, Chief Executive of Logistics UK. “The judges were impressed with the quality and breadth of the entries, and those who have made it to the shortlist should be proud of the contribution they are making to both the logistics sector and wider UK economy. To walk away with the top prize, they will undoubtedly be the best of the best.”

Logistics UK, since July this year the new name for FTA (Freight Transport Association), is one of the biggest business groups in the UK, representing the entire industry with members from the road, rail, sea and air industries, as well as the buyers of freight services such as retailers and manufacturers.  The awards celebrate supply chain leadership and excellence and recognise leaders who have made a significant contribution to the industry, either as individuals or as businesses.

The awards will be announced in December.
