According to Broekman Logistics, A2B-online has acquired an additional container vessel to operate the service, which will depart from the terminal three times a week.

Rik Pek, managing director of Broekman Terminals, said the location of the multipurpose terminal in the Botlek area of Rotterdam serves a strategic hub for both shortsea and deepsea services, with the availability of a ro-ro ramp and access to highways and rail services.

The Broekman Distriport covers approximately 270,000 sq m of land capable of handling breakbulk and ro-ro cargo, as well as heavy lift and project cargo. SOURCE: HLPFI
