Boskalis to acquire all remaining shares in Smit Lamnalco

Royal Boskalis B.V. (Boskalis) has signed an agreement to acquire all remaining shares (50%) in Smit Lamnalco. Smit Lamnalco offers terminal services and had an annual revenue of approximately USD 275 million and EBITDA of USD 100 million in 2023. This transaction is subject to customary conditions including the approval of regulatory authorities.

Currently Smit Lamnalco has 2 shareholders, namely Royal Boskalis B.V., with their Head Office in Papendrecht, the Netherlands, and the Rezayat Group, with their Head Office in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, each owning 50% of the company.

Their Harbour & Terminal Tug fleet is fit for purpose in providing reliable marine services to Oil, Gas and LNG terminals as well as Port operations.

Smit Lamnalco operates DP1 & DP2 Offshore Support Vessels which are designed to provide a wide range of offshore support duties around floating production facilities (F(P)SO, FLNG, FSRU, SPM).

Smit Lamnalco also operates a variety of other vessels, mainly Crew & Pilot Boats, which are supportive to our core business.
