Blue Water’s TechnipFMS Campaign in Sabah

Blue Water’s Singapore team has recently completed two offshore campaigns for TechnipFMC. The campaigns covered a project for the Phase 1A Block H Gas Development in offshore Sabah, Malaysia at a water depth of approximately 1,300 metres.

“Blue Water was awarded the contract to supply tug, barge and supply vessel with DP2 capabilities (Dynamic Positioning) for delivery of permanent equipment to the offshore installation vessel during the two offshore campaigns. The scope of supply included agency services for entry permit of the vessels, bunkers, consumables etc. The Blue Water team professionally managed TechnipFMC changes to their offshore execution plans between campaigns and delivered the required vessels on time despite a challenging schedule”, says Allen David, Project Manager, Blue Water Singapore.

Following project completion, we received statement from the TechnipFMC Project Operations Manager: “The Block H team wishes to thank you and your team for very efficient and professional work during the activities”. The TechnipFMC Installation Vessel Captain and Offshore Construction Manager expressed their appreciation for the quality of the vessels supplied and the professional performance of the vessel marine crew during the offshore execution.
