Blue Water, SAS Cargo and Cargo Services Group Success

During May, a unique scheduled charter service – Copenhagen-Shanghai-Copenhagen – was operated in a close partnership between Blue Water, SAS Cargo and our partner in China, Cargo Services Group.
Through this strong partnership, we managed a supply chain of PPE and other vital supplies, where focus was to provide reliable and cost-efficient services. Together with their road department and global offices Blue Water secured a strong and reliable supply chain to and from the European market.
The response to this service – both out and inbound China – has been overwhelming, which confirms that it was the right decision to insert additional capacity during the peak of the COVID-19 crisis.
