Blue Water Marseille completes OCEA shipment

Prefabricated vessel blocks shipped for OCEA

Blue Water Marseille has increased its focus on project logistics and recently completed two shipments for French vessel builder OCEA.

The company was responsible for the stowage plan, loading, lashing and sea freight of ship blocks destined for the OCEA shipyard and for providing the same services in connection with transporting patrol boats to the Philippines. In July and September/October, three further shipments of patrol boats will follow.

OCEA is specialised in design, building and support of aluminium boats. The head office is based in Les Sables d’Olonne on the west coast of France and employs nearly 300 people. The company works on four different fields of activity including maritime safety and security, passenger transport, motor yachts and work boats.
