Bigge opts for Liebherr
May 18 – Bigge Crane and Rigging has purchased four Liebherr LTM 1220 all-terrain cranes.

According to Bigge, the units will be the last four manufactured by Liebherr following its decision to discontinue the model.
Joe Nelms, vice president at Bigge, said: “With its best in class capacities, quick rig in and rig out characteristics, the LTM 1220 is often the most efficient method for completing our customers’ lifting requirements.”
The five-axle all-terrain crane boasts a maximum lifting capacity of 265 tons (240.4 tonnes). The units are expected to be delivered between May and October 2018. SOURCE: HLPFI
