Bau-Trans GmbH to Formally Integrate into Felbermayr Transport and Lifting Technology,

Both function now in their dual roles as managing directors of Bau-Trans GmbH and its affiliate company, Felbermayr Transport- und Hebetechnik GmbH & Co KG, in which case management of Felbermayr Transport and Lifting Technology will be complemented by Peter Stöttinger.
Through this integration, the Bau-Trans location in Lauterach in Vorarlberg, Austria, will be directed in the future as a subsidiary of Felbermayr Transport and Lifting Technology. This will not affect the Bau-Trans locations in Vaduz (LI) and Biatorbágy (HU), i.e. Bau-Trans AG and Bau-Trans Kft, respectively. The company name, Bau-Trans, will remain, and with it, services for heavy lift logistics and crane and platform rental in Switzerland and Lichtenstein, will also continue.
The founding of Bau-Trans GmbH goes back to the year 1972. At that time, the company was founded with at least around 100 employees to cover the needs of Vorarlberg’s building sector. Following this, a location was founded in 1989, in Hungary.
In 2002, the Bau-Trans locations in Vorarlberg were merged with Felbermayr. Two years later, the location in Hungary was also integrated with the Felbermayr Group. After this, crane and platform rental services started, and the Bau-Trans location in Liechtenstein was also founded.
