Alexander Global Logistics Completes Delivery of 2 Fire Engines to India

An Austrian client reached out to Alexander Global Logistics to deliver two fire engines weighing 22 tons to Delhi.

These fire engines measured 1175 x 300 x 370 centimetres. Under FCA terms, the fire engines were dispatched to Bremerhaven, from where they were shipped East to Mumbai, India.

Kodan Solutions, then took over and discharged the engines in Mumbai. An extra ramp was also organized to facilitate the unloading. The fire engines were then loaded onto a flatbed truck to complete another 1500 kilometre journey to the capital city of India.

The trucks were delivered incident-free and without delay at the Delhi Airport.
