Ainscough Lifts Hot Tub into Garden

Ainscough Crane Hire’s Maidstone depot recently helped a local homeowner safely install a luxury swim spa into his garden. Swim Spas combine the relaxation of a hot tub with unlimited swimming ability.

Although a road closure had been obtained from the local council for where Ainscough’s crane would be positioned, a delivery van blocked the road and couldn’t be moved. However, Ainscough’s lifting team were able to ensure the swim spa was slewed around the van to ensure it could still be positioned into the homeowner’s garden.

A 100t crane was used for the job, with the work undertaken by Brian Brazier, Clinton Nicholson and Lea Price with Rene Bleidorn as the appointed person.

After arriving at the property in Tunbridge Wells at 8 am, the work was fully completed by 11.15am.

Nick Clark, the customer said: “I’d like to record my thanks and appreciation to the Ainscough team and all those involved. From the moment they arrived, they were all extremely professional, courteous, very well drilled, and helped to calm my nerves as the spa was eventually hoisted way into the air and safely deposited way up in the back garden.
“I kept them fed with coffee and bacon rolls so hopefully they felt they were looked after well!”

Rani Notarianni, manager of Ainscough’s Maidstone depot, said: “Although our cranes are often seen on major construction or infrastructure projects, the smaller jobs we do in communities across the country are also really important to us. This was one such job, and I was very proud of how our team was able to put Nick at ease and lift his spa into place, safely and securely.”
