Aertssen Group nv Consolidates Divisions as Aertssen Infra

As from 1 June 2021 Aannemingsbedrijf Aertssen and Aertssen Terrassements are continuing under the name Aertssen Infra. The new name strengthens the synergy between the divisions on both sides of the language border. Aertssen Infra is also immediately expanding its services.

Gert Mennes, Business Unit Manager Aertssen Infra, explains the change: “Our department was established about 60 years ago with a primary focus on earthmoving. That no longer covers what we do today. Whether it concerns demolition work, asbestos removal, remediation, earth moving, soil drainage, hydraulic engineering, roads or landscaping, we believe it is our role to think along with our customers and to realize total solutions. By offering this package of services under one banner, we can significantly shorten the lead time of a project. That is also what customers expect today.”

The new name also strengthens the synergy between the various branches on both sides of the language border. “By bundling and organizing our services under one commercial name, we want to clarify what Aertssen Infra is: a company with a broad range of services and local anchoring.”

Also with effect from 1 June, Aertssen Infra has also introduced a new specialized department: Aertssen Industrial Services. The establishment of Aertssen Industrial Services marks a broadening of the strategy. Aertssen has already established some strong references in the industrial and petrochemical sector in the recent past. With the new department, the company wants to focus its services even more on these sectors.
