A 121-tonne back up roll, used in the steel rolling process, was loaded onto Hartel Shipping’s vessel, Zuidvliet, at ABP’s port of Immingham in the UK for onward transportation to Mariupol, Ukraine.
ABP’s operational team collaborated with ICT Logistics to load the cargo onto the vessel, which arrived at the port from Sweden.
The back up roll, produced from solid cast steel, was manufactured by heavy engineering firm Sheffield Forgemasters International. ICT Logistics was responsible for the transport of the cargo from Sheffield to the port.
