Aertssen Machinery Services Builds Up Lifting Capacity with Demag
Aertssen Machinery Services (AMS) continues to expand its heavy lifting and transport operations in the Middle East with the addition of Demag® CC 2400-1 and CC 3800-1 lattice boom crawler cranes. The two cranes will help Aertssen execute challenging projects in the oil and gas and construction sectors.
“Equipping our team with the latest crane innovations is an important part of our customer commitment, and Demag is an industry leader in that area,” explained Tony Nuyts of Aertssen Machinery Service. “Demag crawler cranes are easy to transport, quick to rig and come with an IC-1 control system with an intuitive touchscreen.”
The CC 3800-1 can lift up to 650 tonnes (715 US tons) at a 12-meter (39.4 ft) radius, has a max load moment of 9152 tonne meters and 195-meter (640 ft) maximum tip/sheave height. The CC 2400-1 has a nominal capacity of 400 tonnes (440 US tons), a max load moment of 5150 tonne meters and a maximum tip/sheave height of 168 meters (551 ft).
